When you create an account and request a pickup, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your pickup address
• Photos of items you submit for a custom quote
• Details about your pickup request (item type, status, and history)

How we use your information

We use this information to:

• Schedule and coordinate your pickup with a service partner
• Process payment for your pickup
• Send you updates about your request by email
• Provide customer support

Payment information

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. OneWast does not receive or store your full credit card number.

Location and address information

We use the Google Places API to help you enter your pickup address accurately. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Service providers we use

To operate OneWast, we share limited data with the following service providers, solely to provide the Service:

• Firebase (Google) — account authentication, data storage, and photo storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — sending transactional emails (confirmations, updates, receipts)

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your pickup details (address, item type, and photos) with the pickup partner assigned to your request, solely so they can complete the pickup.

Data retention

We retain your account and pickup request information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can cancel a pending pickup request at any time from your account. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at support@onewast.com.

Children's privacy

OneWast is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated revision date.
