These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneWast website and mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or requesting a pickup, you agree to these Terms.
OneWast connects customers with waste and junk pickup partners in the Houston, TX area and surrounding areas within our service radius. We offer fixed-price pickups for standard items and custom quotes for larger jobs based on photos you submit.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and submitting a pickup request, including a valid pickup address within our service area. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
For custom quote requests, the price we quote is based on the photos and information you provide. If the items at pickup do not match what was described or photographed, we reserve the right to cancel the request and issue a refund.
Fixed-price pickups are paid in full at the time of booking. Custom quotes are paid once you approve the quoted amount. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel a pending pickup request before it has been assigned to a pickup partner. If your request is cancelled by you or by us before the pickup is completed, any payment made will be refunded in full to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
OneWast does not accept hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or ammunition. We reserve the right to refuse pickup of any prohibited or hazardous item.
We aim to assign and complete pickups as quickly as possible, but timing may vary based on pickup partner availability and location. We do not guarantee a specific pickup window unless explicitly confirmed.
OneWast currently operates in Houston, TX and surrounding areas within our service radius. Addresses outside this area cannot be booked through the Service.
OneWast and its pickup partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
